Enquiries and quotations
All events are bespoke and priced by quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated within it and is based on the guest numbers, menu, location and service format discussed at the time.
Bookings
A date is confirmed once a booking has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Final guest numbers, menu choices and dietary requirements should be confirmed in advance of the event date as agreed with us.
Guest numbers
Our minimum booking is 6 guests and we cater for up to approximately 100 guests depending on format and facilities. Increases to guest numbers are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
Dietary requirements and allergies
We take allergies and dietary requirements seriously and ask that all requirements are declared in advance. While every care is taken, our kitchens handle allergens and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Access and facilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable kitchen access, power, water and space at the venue. We will discuss requirements with you ahead of the event.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in your individual booking confirmation. Deposits may be non-refundable where costs have already been incurred on your behalf.
